Job Description:
- As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with potential student recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and training providers.
- You will play a crucial role in achieving the student recruitment targets, developing solid relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with company offerings.
- Additionally, you will assist in market research and contribute to developing strategies to increase company profits and reduce business costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and educational or training providers.
- Actively assist the team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction with company products and services.
- Support the program management team to maximize enrolment.
- Attend business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners regularly.
- Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyze financial data and develop strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet with potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Solid understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in setting and achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
