Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented Paid Social Manager to join our growing marketing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement.
Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Strong experience with ad management platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and social media analytics tools.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization to drive conversions.
- Experience with handling international clients.
Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of paid social media advertising strategies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills for crafting engaging ads that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of social media platform algorithms, metrics, and KPIs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and other digital marketing technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Develop and implement paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Align social media advertising efforts with overall business and marketing goals, focusing on driving results and meeting KPIs.
- Create compelling ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand voice and objectives.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the execution of paid social campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize performance, including A/B testing, adjusting bids, and refining targeting strategies.
- Ensure ad creatives and copy are optimized to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, and CTR, sharing results with the wider marketing team and senior management.
Audience & Targeting Strategy:
- Identify, build, and refine target audiences based on campaign goals and customer insights.
- Leverage audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and drive conversions.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to enhance future campaign strategies.
Budget Management & Forecasting:
- Effectively manage and allocate budgets across different platforms to ensure cost efficiency and performance targets are met.
- Monitor and optimize spend in real-time to avoid overspend and maximize return on investment.
- Forecast budget requirements based on previous performance, trends, and growth expectations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives that drive results.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (CRM, and content writers) to align social media advertising efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with the analytics and product teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize the customer journey.
Innovation & Platform Expertise:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising, including platform updates, new ad formats, and features.
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and tactics to keep the brand ahead of the competition and enhance campaign performance.
- Be proactive in testing new ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to drive campaign innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
