- Open to travelling basis business requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through rigorous cold callings and meeting potential corporate clients
- Understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch our services accordingly to close sales
- Gather travel requirements like density of travel, micro-markets where employees travel, avg accommodation budget etc and pitch Company's Business Residences
- Source the right kind of properties for clients and prepare proposals that are are well documented and presented
- Tweak and make changes within each proposal as per the requirement of the client
- Work with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met while getting the Business Residences ready
- Generate leads for your region via various sources and channels
