Company Description:
GR Infraprojects Limited is a rapidly growing organization in the Indian infrastructure sector with a 30-year legacy. The company's operations include EPC and Project Management services for various infrastructure projects, manufacturing activities, and fabrication of metal crash barriers and OHE Mast.
Role Description:
- Work with HR teams on People Analytics roadmap based on business needs and priorities.
- Partner with HR Leads and business leaders to identify key people metrics that align with business strategies and help to drive decisions.
- Be a data storyteller - Produce concise, story-driven reports and/or presentations to communicate analytic insights.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a standard reporting dashboard across primary stakeholder groups (Leadership, HODs, HR leads, HRBPs, etc.). The dashboard should include metrics in support of business monitoring as well as HR monitoring (attract, develop, and retain processes).
- Use mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Architect effective, scalable, and easy-to-understand dashboards and reporting solutions to identify useful and practical insights for the HR team and business leaders.
- Design and execute regular and ad-hoc reporting on key HR metrics, offering actionable insights to guide strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate with IT team to build, maintain, and update interactive data dashboards and visualizations.
- Assist in creating communication materials and presentations (including Board decks) to support analysis, implementation of programs, or strategic initiatives updates.
- Prepare and audit people-related data, checking and ensuring accuracy for analyses and statistical modelling.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in people analytics, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in a complex organizational setting.
- Strong understanding of People function, people metrics, HRBP Operations, talent management processes, and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modelling is a plus
