Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.

- Provide strategic direction in support of critical revenue cycle initiatives and goals.

- Mentor, guide, and provide oversight assistance to the team.

- Maintain and analyze revenue to ensure compliance with revenue recognition.

- Oversee multiple operational teams responsible for the revenue cycle projects for one or multiple clients.

- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality client deliverables with actionable insights.

- Develop and analyze key performance metrics across Fintech products and portfolios.

- Analyse and provide insights on customer penetration, profile, behaviors, and product feature adoption.

- Synthesize internal and external data and trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.

- Build models and forecasts to size opportunity and pricing implications.

- Conduct deep dives to understand trends, and generate, and present actionable insights.

- Desire to work on dynamic, innovative, and evolving initiatives in the digital banking space.

- Coordinates and directs strategic resource team.

- Set and manage budget for sales growth and new business development.

- Develop best practices utilizing the Sales Excellence methodology.

- Stay appropriately networked to stay aware of industry and market trends.

- Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback.

- Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve problems at the ground level using technology.
