Job Description:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies tailored to the outsourcing segment of international markets, with a focus on the US and UK.
- Utilize market insights and trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing and sales efforts to meet organizational objectives.
Brand Management:
- Lead efforts to strengthen the company's brand presence in the outsourcing industry, ensuring alignment with international market expectations.
- Oversee the development of compelling brand messaging and positioning that highlights the company's expertise in AI, ML, and other advanced technologies.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
Sales Leadership:
- Direct the sales team in developing and implementing effective strategies and action plans to drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support to sales development representatives (SDRs) and the closers, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to meet their goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Management:
- Lead and drive marketing initiatives to promote the company's services and solutions in the outsourcing sector, with a focus on showcasing technological capabilities.
- Direct the marketing team to create engaging content, campaigns, and events targeted at international clients and prospects.
- Utilize digital marketing channels and platforms to maximize reach and visibility in the US and UK markets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on outsourcing solutions and technological advancements.
- Lead efforts to expand the company's client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets.
- Act as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in the outsourcing sector, particularly related to AI, ML, and other advanced solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market gaps, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
- Drive innovation in marketing and sales strategies, leveraging technological advancements to gain a competitive edge in the international market.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, with a focus on the BPO segment.
- Proven track record of success in selling services in international markets, particularly in the US and UK.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing and selling BPO solutions equipped with AI, ML, or other advanced technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and work flexible shift timings.
- Ability to travel frequently as needed to engage with clients and prospects.
