Job Summary:
- The General Manager - Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales & Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Set ambitious sales targets and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and customer onboarding.
Lead and Manage Sales & Marketing Teams:
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Recruit, train, and develop talented sales and marketing professionals.
- Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Brand Building & Management:
- Develop and implement effective brand building strategies to enhance brand awareness and market visibility.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and events.
- Manage the company's online presence and reputation.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Explore and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Sales & Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key sales and marketing metrics (revenue, leads, conversion rates, customer lifetime value).
- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Use data and insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor expenses and ensure that all activities are within budget.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
