Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of recruitment vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on metrics such as candidate quality, submission timelines, and hire ratios.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
Recruitment Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal hiring teams to understand staffing requirements and align them with vendor capabilities.
- Facilitate smooth communication between vendors, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Data and Reporting:
- Track and analyze vendor performance metrics.
- Prepare reports on vendor activity, including cost analysis, time-to-fill, and quality of hires.
Strategic Sourcing:
- Partner with vendors to implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates from vendor submissions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in vendor management and recruitment operations.
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to track and analyze key metrics.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly in technical roles
