Freo - Product Manager (3-8 yrs)

We are seeking a Product Manager - Insurance to lead the development, launch, and scaling of our new insurance vertical.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the insurance industry, fintech ecosystem, and digital product development.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative insurance solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the insurance vertical.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

- Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to build, test, and launch new insurance products.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, working with legal and compliance teams.

- Partnership Management: Collaborate with insurance providers, underwriters, and third-party vendors to design innovative offerings.

- Customer Experience: Enhance the user journey by optimizing the insurance purchase and claims processes.

- Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product improvements based on data insights.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive product adoption and growth.

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or digital financial services.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and digital insurance platforms.

- Experience in building and scaling products from ideation to launch.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the insurance domain.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience with APIs, InsurTech integrations, and data-driven decision-making is a plus
