Product Manager - LOS/LMS (2-3 yrs)

Your Responsibilities:

- Define, develop, and launch innovative lending products that meet customer needs and market demands.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

- Drive the development and enhancement of core lending systems, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), Business Rules Engine (BRE), Communication systems, and Reporting platforms.

- Collaborate effectively with lending partners, credit risk teams, engineering, and operations teams to define platform capabilities and technical requirements.

- Ensure system architecture supports modularity, scalability, and seamless integration with third-party systems.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product management within the lending domain, with a focus on LOS, LMS, or other lending platforms.

- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of lending systems, BREs, Communication workflows, and Reporting mechanisms within the Fintech/BFSI domain.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
