- We are seeking a driven, innovative Product Manager to manage the development and execution of our digital site products.

- You will be responsible for identifying user needs, conceptualizing new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these ideas to life.

- The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a strong understanding of the digital Fintech landscape and a passion for delivering engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the organization's goals and user needs.

- Growth Strategy :- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all product lines

- User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation.

- Responsible for identifying and prioritizing features based on user needs and market trends.

- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, outlining key features, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and editorial teams to define, build, and launch new features and products.

- Data Analysis: Track product performance, analyze user data, and gather feedback to inform future product decisions.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive product success.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of product management experience in a digital environment, preferably in the Financial services (stock market) industry.

- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems through structured thinking and innovative approaches.

- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product development and execution
