- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives to join our team and work closely with our India Partner and Leadership.

Job Description:

- As a Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives, you will be expected to have a hands-on approach to drive various business initiatives.

- Your strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the India Partner and Leadership group on business initiatives.

- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and templates.

- Oversee the ideation, initiation, execution, and closure of projects.

- Provide guidance and support to the Leadership group.

- Assist the India Partner in preparing for business/project update meetings.

- Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues.

- Prepare and review reports, communications, and presentations.

- Develop and maintain project management tools and documentation.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key departments.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDBM.

- PMP or PMI-ACP certification (desirable).

- 12-15 years of project management experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively and influence without direct authority.

- Adaptable to change and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
