Strategic Leadership Role - Finance/Corporate Strategy - Steel Business - CA (8-12 yrs)

Looking for a strategic finance professional for one of India's largest business conglomerates, with a diverse portfolio of rapidly growing businesses.

Reporting to Chairman

Role & Responsibilities:

- Providing financial and business leadership & strategic consultation on financial issues affecting the organization

- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine the difference between projected & actual results and highlighting variations

- Acting as Change Manager and extending to Chairman & COOs in identifying new revenue streams

- Working as part of Corporate Decision-Making Team and tracking business performance; communicating with CEOs / Business Heads & functional leaders for improving operating performance, operating cash flows, and reducing cost / working capital; developing business models and costing feasibility study for new projects

- Follow up on corrective actions to be taken on the decision taken Business Analysis and Analysis of MIS

Candidate Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (First attempt preferred)

- Experience - 10 years in Finance planning & analysis, Strategy etc.

- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing set up
