Qualifications / Experience
- Company Secretary. An additional degree in law is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years' experience, with at least 2 years in the BFSI industry
- Leadership experience including the ability to set direction, manage and motivate people and work collaboratively with other functions
Roles & Responsibilities
- To lead the secretarial and compliance function
- Ensure compliance with MCA/RBI / other applicable laws including filing FC-GPRs/FLAs/Statutory Auditor Certificate/DNBS - 13
- To conduct and convene board meetings and shareholders meetings including preparation of agenda, minutes of the meetings of Board and Shareholders
- To stay updated with regulations introduced from time to time by RBI and / or other governing bodies; and ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable laws
- To strengthen the Corporate Governance framework and ensure company is up-to date with best practices
