Sales and Service Engineer

Job description -

• This is a Sales engineer position and entry level sales target for MRO is 150 - 180 L depending Upon the grid.
• Grid - MRO engineer owns a grid of 80 -100 customers.
• Business approach - Business is generated through proactive coverage of all grid customers for regular inspection & health mapping of all the steam system and instrumentation products several times in a year.
• Proactive inspection of all the assets installed, Plotting the section wise uptime and what is working and not working.
• Doing the RCA and offering the right solution to customers for improving the uptime and bringing all non-working assets to the working category.
• Job involves - Regular and proactive inspection visits, making on site and detailed health mapping reports and submitting it along with the offers, follow up for the offers and getting the orders.
• On an average 8-10 health mapping reports and offers are to be generated on a weekly basis. Conducting Training and knowledge sharing sessions for the customers to improve the uptime and for the right O & M practices.
• Customer benefit - Delivering uptime. Owning and improving the grid uptime, the target is to achieve 95% uptime of FM assets in the grid.

Educational Qualification: B.E Mechanical

Work Experience: 1-4 Years
