Role Description :

The job role entails empowering branch sales teams to establish robust pipelines, acquire new customers across various verticals, and consistently outperform competitors in techno-commercial aspects on a monthly and quarterly basis. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, with a focus on growth, adaptability, and mobility, as the role requires approximately 70% travel within India or specific regions. Additionally, proficiency in marketing strategies, sales projections, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for success in this role.

Role : Field Sales Engineer

Location : Indore

• To handle given grid customers with complete ownership.
• Sales target to achieve for grid customers.
• Fully involved in their service & commercial issues for further resolution.
• Resolution of overdue payments of the grid customers.
• Coordinate with HO support divisions and provide appropriate services in terms of offer submission, order processing, commercial & service related issues.
• Extensive traveling to visit all the grid customers per Quarter.
• Update Call schedules, call reporting's in the system.
• Review offer base on continue basis & provide months Fresh & Booking order projections.
• 3 presentations at grid customers place every quarter.
• Emailers for the new application & products to Grid customers.
• Attend min one training for update his/her profile & competencies.

Educational Qualification: BE/ B. Tech in mechanical

Work Experience (in years): 2-6 yrs

Good to Have Skills : Proficiency in mechanical products, including Boilers, steam accessories, Steam straps, Steam turbines, etc.
