Role Description: Field Service Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsible Areas:

-Owning grid for any product issues and commissioning assistance.

-Owning installation and commissioning for new projects and delivering benefits.

-Sustaining the uptime of boilers, effimaxes, systems

Provide technical support and services to customers, both on-site and remotely.

-Conduct installations, commissioning, and maintenance of Forbes Marshall products.

-Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, offering timely and effective solutions.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service.

-Generate accurate reports on service activities, documenting findings and recommendations.

-Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product developments.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.

Candidate Profile

-Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.

-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Work Experience: 3-5 years
