Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is proficient in marketing strategies, lead

generation, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with digital

marketing tools, content creation, and social media management, with a strong willingness

to support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies to generate leads and

drive sales.

• Create engaging infographics, website content, and marketing materials to attract

potential clients.

• Implement email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing campaigns to

convert prospects into business opportunities.

• Manage and optimize social media profiles (especially LinkedIn) for branding,

engagement, and networking.

Sales & Business Development Support

• Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and assist in closing deals.
• Generate marketing content such as sales brochures, presentations, and website

copy to support sales initiatives.

• Utilize Sales Navigator and digital marketing tools for targeted outreach and lead

generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing,

and lead generation techniques.

• Design & Content Creation: Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other design tools

for creating marketing collateral.

• Content Writing: Strong writing skills for persuasive content across websites,

brochures, and digital platforms.

• Communication & Sales Readiness: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

with a proactive approach to supporting sales.

• Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work with sales teams to drive conversions and

revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BCA, MCA, BSc (Computer Science) (BTech is a plus)
• IT Industry Experience: Prior experience in IT marketing with knowledge of industry

trends and audience needs.

• B2B Marketing & Sales Exposure: Experience in B2B lead generation, client outreach,

and sales support.
