Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business goals.
• SEO & SEM Optimization: Plan and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO and SEM campaigns, to increase website traffic and visibility.
• Social Media Management: Develop and oversee social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to grow our online presence.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Create and implement email campaigns to engage audiences and nurture leads effectively.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling digital content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms.
• Performance Marketing: Strategize and execute performance marketing funnels to drive measurable results.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights to optimize future efforts.
• Paid Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Who You Are

• Experienced Professional: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Brand Strategist: Strong understanding of branding strategies and design principles.
• Creative Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Analytical Thinker: Skilled in leveraging analytics tools to assess and optimize campaign performance.
• Team Player: Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and familiarity with Google marketing tools
