Role Description:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and content marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and customer acquisition. With expertise in leveraging digital platforms to amplify brand presence and foster community building, the Lead will be passionate about analyzing digital trends to craft compelling marketing messages and measure campaign performance, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community building.
Create and curate engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, ensuring alignment with the brands voice and objectives.
Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all channels.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content, including text, video, and graphics.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and affiliate marketing.
Ensure campaigns align with brand goals and effectively target the desired audience.
Coordinate with product and sales teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Use performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Community Engagement:
Manage and engage with online communities, responding to customer queries, comments, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key stakeholders to strengthen the brands presence.
Market & Competitive Research:
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Team Management:
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, sales, and PR to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing efforts.
Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and fostering their professional growth.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Prior experience in leading or managing a digital marketing team is highly preferred, including mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve goals.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other key performance indicators for campaign optimization.
