Job Title: Marketing Executive (Male)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and supporting the development of brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels. This position requires creativity and strong communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, social media, print, events, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community management.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain email lists.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking expenditures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and industry developments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry or any other industry.
• Proficiency in marketing software tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media platforms).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Experience in email marketing and automation tools.
