the US market. We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Business

Development Manager with a strong background in the IT/Technology sector. This

senior/lead role involves building and managing a team over time and

contributing to the top management team. The ideal candidate will possess 8+

years of experience, a robust network of contacts in US businesses, and a proven

track record in business development. The role will require working late hours to

align with US business hours for meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Sales:
• Source potential customers from LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Promote the companys products or services to prospective clients.
• Manage and coordinate the sales process for international clients,

from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.

• Strategic Planning and Implementation:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct high-level industry research to create effective sales

solutions.

• Keep up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies,

and competitors' activities.

• Client Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high

client satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients,

particularly in the US market.

• Presentation and Communication:
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
• Utilize existing relationships and leverage your network to attract

new business opportunities.

• Team Leadership:
• Build, manage, and mentor a business development team over time.
• Collaborate with the top management team to align business

development strategies with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in business development, particularly within

the IT/Technology industry.

• Proven track record of sales growth and successful business

development strategies.

• Strong understanding of global business practices and international

market dynamics.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to

build and maintain relationships with international clients.
