Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibility:

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitors, and assess potential customer needs within the printing industry. Use this data to guide and refine marketing strategies.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as digital, print, social media, and events to effectively promote printing services and reach target audiences.
• Content Creation: Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, website content, press releases, case studies, and other print-centric promotional materials that showcase the company's printing capabilities.
• Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify lead generation opportunities, provide marketing support for sales activities, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
• Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company's brand image across all marketing communications, ensuring consistency with the established branding guidelines and overall brand strategy.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing, to effectively promote printing services and engage with target customers online.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and optimize future marketing strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients by understanding their printing needs and providing personalized, targeted marketing communications.
• Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed about the latest printing trends, while also networking with key players in the market to build valuable business connections.
• Budget Management: Develop and oversee the marketing budget for print-related campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• At least Two years of marketing experience, preferably in the printing industry
• A history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
