Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and digital marketing expertise to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Research target audiences and analyze market trends to ensure relevant messaging.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and measure campaign success.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Develop and oversee content creation for digital channels, including written, graphic, and video content.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, external vendors, and other departments to align campaign messaging.

3. Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Develop strategies to grow social media presence, boost engagement, and reach target demographics.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay current with industry developments.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Optimize website content to improve search engine ranking and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and track metrics to improve campaign ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

5. Content Marketing:

  • Plan and develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, infographics, and case studies.
  • Create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

6. Email Marketing:

  • Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns for customer engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Create segmented email lists and develop targeted email strategies.
  • Track and analyze email performance metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Use insights from data to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve overall marketing strategies.

8. Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor spending and adjust budgets to maximize return on investment.

9. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Evaluate new digital tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or any other relevant digital marketing certification.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for managing website content.
