Job Description:
Position Overview:
A competent business development manager should possess the ability to evaluate the feasibility of a land parcel, demonstrate market knowledge, conduct competition analysis, drive institutional sales, manage leads, oversee site visits, facilitate closures for Uber luxury segments, collaborate with the marketing and CRM team to ensure successful project closure, explore potential tie-ups with various brands, manage channel partners, and actively engage them in sales and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Market Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of market trends and dynamics.
b. Institutional Sales: Drive sales in institutional settings, focusing on strategic partnerships.
c. Lead Management: Efficiently handle and nurture leads throughout the sales process.
d. Site Visit Coordination: Organize and manage site visits for potential clients.
e. Product Closures: Successfully conclude deals for Uber luxury products.
f. Collaboration with Marketing and CRM: Coordinate closely with marketing and CRM teams for project closure.
