Responsibilities and Duties

• Edit videos to targeted lengths and specifications, delivering high-quality and engaging content.
• Organize raw and edited video files for seamless workflow management.
• Export videos in appropriate formats and manage their distribution across web and mobile platforms.
• Shoot and produce video content as required for various projects.
• Explore and experiment with multiple creative directions and editing styles.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines in all video content.
• Optimize video formats and file sizes for platform compatibility and efficient distribution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in non-linear video editing software such as Edius, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling techniques, and video editing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to shoot high-quality video footage.
• Creative and innovative approach to content creation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
