Kutchina is a leading brand in modular kitchens and kitchen appliances, known for innovation and excellence. We are looking for a Video Content Creator & Animator to produce high-quality brand videos, social media content, and animations.

Job Overview:

We seek a creative and skilled Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and animate engaging video content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with camera work, gimbal stabilization, video editing software, and animation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Conceptualization & Production

• Develop creative video ideas and scripts that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Plan and organize video shoots, including location scouting and talent coordination.
• Operate mirrorless cameras, ensuring high-quality visuals with multiple lenses, including a prime lens for cinematic depth.
• Use a gimbal for smooth and professional footage.
• Capture high-quality video and audio, using wireless microphones for crisp sound.

Editing & Animation

• Edit raw footage into polished final products using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add motion graphics, animations, and special effects using Adobe After Effects or similar animation software.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in brand style, color correction, transitions, and sound design.

Content Strategy & Execution

• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to align video content with brand goals.
• Stay updated with video production trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Conduct market research to analyze audience preferences and enhance video strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics of video content, analyzing viewership data to inform future projects.

Equipment & Project Management

• Maintain and manage video production equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in video production, content creation, and animation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting setup, and sound design.
• Experience with mirrorless cameras, gimbals, wireless microphones, and lenses.
• Ability to create high-quality video content with motion graphics and animations.
• Excellent storytelling, composition, and video editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with social media video formats and marketing strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative video concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shooting product-based, lifestyle, and brand storytelling videos.
• Background in photography is a plus.
