We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our marketing team. Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company s social media presence. Develop and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance metrics.
SEO: Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing performance data to track campaign effectiveness and ROI. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
Content Skills: Strong writing and content creation skills. Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive marketing decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
