As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will utilize various digital marketing channels and tools to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and market trends.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Plan and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising platforms. Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms. Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, monitor conversations, and analyze social media metrics.
Content Marketing: Plan and create compelling content for various digital channels, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos. Optimize content for SEO, lead generation, and audience engagement.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Create targeted email lists, design email templates, and analyze email performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Generate reports to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for website and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and implement CRO best practices.
Online Advertising: Collaborate with creative teams and media partners to plan and execute online advertising campaigns. Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting, and manage budgets effectively.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously learn and explore new digital marketing strategies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in UI/UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
