The Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves managing digital campaigns, optimizing online content, and analyzing performance to ensure the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Content Development: Create, optimize, and manage digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content to align with digital marketing goals and engage the target audience.
SEO and SEM: Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Monitor social media trends and respond to customer interactions.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Website Management: Oversee website content updates, optimization, and user experience improvements. Collaborate with web developers to ensure the site is optimized for search engines and user-friendly.
Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Apply insights to improve digital marketing strategies.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling digital content.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms.
