Digital Marketing Specialist Expert in Meta Ads & Influencer Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Influencer Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns while also managing influencer collaborations to ensure consistent brand growth and ROI. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, a data-driven mindset, and a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Management

Develop, execute, and monitor high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, and audiences to optimize performance.

Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad visuals and content.

Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience personas.

2. Google Ads Management

Create and manage campaigns across Google platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor Quality Scores, CTRs, and ROAS, optimizing bids and ad placements accordingly.

Set up and maintain accurate tracking systems (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to measure performance and ROI.

Generate detailed reports on ad campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.

3. Influencer Marketing Management

Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers relevant to the companys target audience.

Develop and negotiate contracts and campaign deliverables with influencers.

Approve content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Track and evaluate the success of influencer campaigns based on engagement, reach, and ROI metrics.

Build and maintain relationships with high-performing influencers for long-term collaborations.

4. Reporting and Collaboration

Create comprehensive performance reports for all marketing activities and share actionable insights with the management team.

Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Provide guidance to the multimedia team for ad creatives and influencer campaign assets.

5. Budget and Time Management

Manage ad spend and influencer budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within financial constraints.

Allocate time effectively to balance responsibilities across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer campaigns.

6. Market Research and Innovation

Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and strategies across platforms.

Implement innovative ideas to drive better results and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.

Strong expertise in influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.

Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and dashboards for campaign management.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 for workflow management and reporting.

Basic graphic design skills to guide multimedia teams effectively.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
