We are hiring Recruiters Male (Blue Collar) for Flipkart, a leading e-commerce company. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for blue-collar roles across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in hiring for blue-collar positions and must be able to effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles (Depivery executives, sorter.)

- Conduct interviews and provide timely updates to hiring managers

- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding

- Ensure that hiring targets are met within specified timeframes

Salary:

- ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

-Immediate joiners are preferred
