Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead – Supply Manpower who specializes in high-volume blue-collar workforce hiring for logistics, warehousing, and last-mile operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end manpower supply management, vendor coordination, compliance, and ensuring workforce availability to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Blue-Collar Hiring & Deployment – Ensure timely hiring and onboarding of warehouse associates, delivery personnel, and other frontline workers.
Vendor & Agency Management – Partner with third-party manpower suppliers to fulfill workforce requirements.
Workforce Planning – Forecast demand and maintain an adequate pipeline of workers.
Compliance & Statutory Adherence – Ensure adherence to labor laws, wages, and contract workforce regulations.

Attendance & Productivity Tracking – Monitor shift adherence, absenteeism, and overall productivity.
Last-Mile & Supply Chain Support – Coordinate hiring for delivery associates and supply chain workforce.
Attrition Control – Implement retention strategies to reduce high workforce turnover.

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Education – Graduate / MBA (preferred) in HR, Supply Chain, or related field.
✔ Experience – 4-10 years in blue-collar hiring, workforce supply, or manpower planning within logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
✔ Skills – Strong vendor management, negotiation, and large-scale hiring expertise.
✔ Expertise – Understanding of labor laws, payroll management, and statutory compliance.
