- The Manager - Program Management (Culture Initiatives) & Engagement will be responsible for executing, and managing large-scale cultural programs that enhance employee experience and engagement at Flipkart. This role requires a strong ability to manage strategic programs and drive them.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee engagement, and program management, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Develop targeted engagement interventions in collaboration with HRBPs and consultation with the Analytics, I&D and Culture +O E team that address key employee experience challenges.
- Insights & Impact Measurement - Utilize workplace analytics, P0 metrics for HR, pulse surveys, and industry benchmarking to track program effectiveness.
- Continuously refine and iterate engagement strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight the impact of cultural interventions on business outcomes.
- Change Management & Leadership Advocacy - Act as an Engagement ambassador, ensuring initiatives are deeply embedded within teams.
- Culture & Organizational Effectiveness Programs
- Program Manage culture-driven initiatives that enhance Flipkart's workplace experience.
- Support the execution of strategic org-wide culture frameworks that align with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in HR, Engagement, or Program Management.
- Proven track record of executing engagement programs.
- Experience in large-scale employee experience design.
- Strong exposure to data-driven decision-making, analysis of data, and gathering key insights.
- Presentation and Storytelling.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to get work done.

- Successful execution of strategic cultural programs.
- Improvement in engagement and culture scores
- Increased leadership participation and ownership in cultural transformation efforts.
- Scalability and sustainability of key initiatives across Flipkart.
