Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst Finance Solutions to drive innovation and efficiency in finance processes, specifically in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, translating them into technical solutions, and collaborating with development teams to implement them.

Individuals with 4 to 9 years of experience with significant exposure to Financials and Enterprise Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance Process Expertise: Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and experience in designing and implementing solutions around them.
• Problem-Solving & Solution Design: Analyze complex business challenges and provide technical recommendations/solutions.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and maintain documentation, including test cases.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to plan and develop solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with integrations, APIs, chatbots, OCR is a plus.
• Audit & Compliance: Support audit requests for all projects delivered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Finance Process Automation, ERP systems, or similar domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in agile methodologies and documentation tools.
