Accounts Manager - CA (4-10 yrs)

Key Responsibility -

- Account Payable and Receivable

- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable process.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoice and receipts.

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital.

- Invoice Processing

- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.

- Resolve billing discrepancies promptly.

- Maintain updated records of invoices and payments.

- Collaborate with teams for smooth invoice processing.

Communications

- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions while coordinating with external clients to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

- Serving as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries.

Candidate must have:

- CA certified.

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Auditing, Finance or Accounting roles.

- Strong knowledge of Invoicing, Account Payable and Receivables.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
