Leader - Sales - IT Solution (15-20 yrs)

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional responsible for identifying and acquiring new banking clients for ATM and automation solutions.

- You will be skilled in building strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities :

1) Identifying and targeting potential banking clients for our ATM solutions.

2) Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

3) Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.

4) Engaging with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present our solutions.

5) Collaborating with internal teams for seamless sales processes and delivery.

6) Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals; negotiating contracts.

7) Meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to consistent revenue growth.

Requirements :

1) MBA preferred with over 15 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in banking.

2) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

3) Proven track record of driving the sales process from planning to closing.

4) Experience in selling ATM products and services; prior experience with ATM OEM or MSP is a plus.

5) Technologically savvy with a keen interest in banking automation.
