Role & responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.

BE, BTech, BSc, and PG freshers are NOT eligible to apply.

Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
