We are seeking a dedicated HR professional specializing in Talent Acquisition for a position within the BFSI/Fintech sector, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, retention strategies, and partnering with business leaders to align staffing needs with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement manpower planning, forecasting, and recruitment strategies that align with business needs and timelines.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates, manage the screening process, and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Retention Strategies:
- Formulate and execute strategies to retain top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Vendor Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment vendor lifecycle, from mandate to invoice, ensuring efficient and cost-effective hiring processes.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment data, including trackers and MIS, and provide analysis on hiring trends, attrition, and related metrics.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process by managing communication and feedback.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and industry practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Full-time MBA with at least 4 years of experience in HR.
- Experience in BFSI/Fintech sectors is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Expertise in HR data management and recruitment strategies.
