Key Responsibilities: This role is ideal for someone who can partner with business leaders and drive impactful talent acquisition and retention strategies. Key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition & Strategic Hiring:
- Collaborate with Functional Heads to align manpower planning and budgeting with our business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, identifying recruitment needs and competencies for both current and future roles.
- Drive creative and data-informed recruitment strategies, ensuring efficiency and quality in hiring.
- Develop a proactive pipeline for talent, reducing time-to-hire while optimizing the candidate experience.
Innovative Talent Retention Strategies:
- Implement retention programs to build a resilient workforce and foster an engaging, supportive work culture.
- Work with leaders to develop realistic expectations around market feedback, candidate availability, and competitive compensation structures.
Operational Excellence & Vendor Management:
- Oversee end-to-end vendor management, from mandates to invoicing.
- Manage recruitment trackers, maintain comprehensive talent data, and conduct in-depth analyses on attrition and hiring metrics.
- Optimize sourcing channels and build a cost-effective hiring pipeline.
Candidate Experience & Engagement:
- Ensure a positive, seamless candidate experience from the first point of contact through onboarding.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and alumni, nurturing a robust talent network.
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone with a strong strategic mindset and proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the BFSI or Fintech space. Ideal qualifications include:
- Educational Background: Full-time MBA with a specialization in HR or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Retention.
Skill Set:
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for leveraging data to inform hiring decisions.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Adaptable, with a history of challenging and redefining recruitment practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
