Job Description
- Responsible for -CASA , Insurance , Devices , Merchant Onboarding.
- Drive the acquisition of new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services to increase customer engagement.
- Promote and sell various insurance products (life, health, etc.) within the territory.
- Build relationships with individual clients and businesses to understand their insurance needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support for insurance-related queries and service.
- Oversee the sale of company-provided devices to customers, ensuring targets are met in terms of volume and value.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers and partners.
- Drive the onboarding of new merchants for the companys platform.
- Identify and reach out to prospective merchants, explaining the benefits of joining the platform.
- Achieve targets related to the number of merchants successfully onboarded within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, merchants, and partners.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates across CASA, Insurance, Devices, and Merchant Onboarding segments.
