Job description

Responsibilities:

• Managing the team of DESO and ESO.
• Recruit, select, hire and train the ESO.
• Plan and achieve the business goals and financial Goals.
• Drive Distribution Objectives-Target segment/Reach/Penetration/Cross sell/Up sell.
• Coordinate the functioning of sales, Operations, Training and Service Personnel to ensure effective delivery of customer proposition.

Eligibility:

• Should be Graduate between 30-40 years of age
• Min 4 - 8 years of working experience in life insurance at FLS level with minimum Agent team of 30.
• Experience: Proven exposure to Variable models from reputable companies such as Kotak or TATA AIA.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a new team effectively.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a new team effectively.
• Performance Expectations: Minimum expectation of 1 Cr LI APE in the first fiscal year.

Qualification :- Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience 2 to 8 Years in Life Insurance
