Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented- ServiceNow- FSO- Specialist- to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and scaling ServiceNow- FSO- (Financial Services Operations) modules to meet business requirements, while ensuring peak performance and high scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
Optimize and Scale :
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and improve the scalability of ServiceNow- FSO- implementations.
Configuration and Development :
- Develop and configure ServiceNow FSO modules, including data model setup, Performance Analytics (PA) enablement, and Commercial & Service workflows.
Code Review and Peer Walkthroughs :
- Perform detailed code reviews and lead peer walkthroughs to- maintain high standards in code quality.
Workflow and Script Management :
- Configure workflows, applications, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow FSO- modules to streamline financial service operations.
Documentation :
- Document technical designs, development processes, and solution configurations for clarity and future reference.
Feature Building :
- Develop and implement multiple- FSO-related features, including advanced work assignment enablement and configuration.
Required Skills and Experience :
ServiceNow- FSO- Expertise :
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform.
Configuration and Setup :
- Expertise in configuring ServiceNow- FSO- modules, setting up data models, and developing workflows.
Performance Analytics :
- Experience with Performance Analytics (PA) enablement and creating- FSO-specific workflows for efficient operations.
ServiceNow Knowledge :
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application- development.
Client Interaction :
- Strong ability to lead and manage customer-facing discussions, conduct workshops, and provide- comprehensive configuration reviews.
Problem Solving :
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on optimizing performance and enhancing system scalability.
Documentation :
- Exceptional skills in documenting development and technical configurations with precision and detail.
Preferred Skills :
- Include any preferred qualifications or certifications, such as ServiceNow certifications or experience in financial services.
