Required Qualifications :
- ServiceNow Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in HR Service Delivery module.

- HR Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of HR processes and workflows, preferably in areas such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and service delivery.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
- Team Leadership : Experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications (not always required but beneficial) :
- ServiceNow Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD), Certified Application Developer, or similar certifications.
- Industry Experience : Previous experience implementing HRSD solutions in similar industries or organizations.
