Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer with a strong background in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Scripting, and Integration. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring HR processes are automated and optimized.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation :

- Lead the development and customization of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Configure and customize HR modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, HR Requests, and Virtual Agent.

Scripting and Customization :

- Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (JavaScript, Glide scripting) to implement business logic and automate HR processes.

- Develop custom business rules, UI actions, and script includes for HRSD processes.

- Create advanced workflows and orchestrations that integrate HR service delivery processes across various platforms.

Integration Development :

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems (HRIS, Active Directory, Payroll systems, etc.) using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency between systems.

- Work with various APIs to facilitate data exchange and automation between HR systems and ServiceNow.

HRSD Process Automation :

- Develop and optimize automated workflows to enhance HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, case management, and employee self-service requests.

- Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer and Orchestration to automate tasks and processes that improve the efficiency of HR operations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Engage with business stakeholders to define HRSD requirements and recommend solutions that enhance HR services and employee experience.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers on HRSD best practices and ServiceNow development.

System Maintenance & Support :

- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for HRSD solutions on ServiceNow.

- Ensure the platform is continuously updated and optimized to meet changing business and HR needs.

- Perform testing and validation of new functionality, patches, and ServiceNow upgrades.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, specifically focusing on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Requests.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes).

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.

- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Orchestration for automating HR processes.
