Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Design, develop, and fine-tune workflows using Flow Designer.
- Develop using JavaScript (Client and Server-Side scripting).
- Configure and manage UI interfaces (Service Portal, SLA & Notification Configuration).
- Perform platform upgrades, MID Server installations and configurations, and maintain platform and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow performance issues.
- Administer the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
- Configure application fields, forms, views, email notifications, roles, and access controls.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs and Inbound actions.
- Administer a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and other existing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and determine the root cause of problems, providing recommendations for quick resolution.
- Handle P1 and P2 tickets and provide detailed RCAs.
Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, Configuration, and run support.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Excellent knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflows, and workflow optimization.
- Strong working experience with JavaScript (Client and Server-Side scripting).
- Experience with UI interfaces (Service Portal, SLA & Notification Configuration).
- Experience with platform upgrades, MID Server installations and configurations, and platform/infrastructure maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow performance issues.
- Experience administering Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
- Expertise in configuring out-of-the-box and custom workflows.
- Experience configuring application fields, forms, views, email notifications, roles, and access controls.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs and Inbound actions.
- Strong experience administering a ServiceNow instance.
- Expertise in UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and updates of existing solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- Ability to handle P1 & P2 tickets and provide detailed RCAs
