Python Lead - Django/Flask (7-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop highly scalable Python-based backend applications.

- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Develop web applications using Django and Flask frameworks.

- Implement and manage cloud-native technologies on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Design and manage database schemas and queries using SQL and NoSQL technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git and other version control tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security.

- Lead and contribute to the development of technical documentation.

- Solve complex problems and architect robust and scalable solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 7+ years of experience in Python development.

- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience developing web applications using Django and Flask.

- Strong experience with API development, RESTful APIs, and large-scale codebases.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery) and databases (MySQL).

- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in dynamic environments.

- Strong experience with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.

- Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in version control using Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of leading teams and projects.
