Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- HRSD Implementation & Certification : HRSD Implementation Certification is a MUST.
- ServiceNow Expertise : Extensive ServiceNow technical experience (4+ years as a Developer).
- HRSD Proficiency : Strong HRSD experience (2+ years) with Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality and custom processes.
- HR Shared Services & Service Delivery : Experience in HR shared services and service delivery models.
- Full HRSD Suite Implementation : Experience with full lifecycle implementations of the HRSD suite.
- HR Domain Knowledge : Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
- Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions : Knowledge of Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions through lifecycle events.
- Development & Support : Experience with Case Management, Knowledge Management, Custom Forms, Custom Workflows, Integration development, and support.
- Business Analysis : Gathering and documenting user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Participating in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- User Training & Support : Providing user training and support on the HRSD module.
- Collaboration : Working closely with the development team, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Problem Solving : Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the HRSD module.
- Continuous Improvement : Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HRSD module.
Qualifications :
- HRSD Implementation Certification is a MUST.
- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- 2+ years of experience working specifically with the ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with full lifecycle HRSD implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
