TrueSight Server Automation Expert (5-7 yrs)

Role Description :

Seeking a skilled Automation Architect with extensive experience in developing and managing automation solutions using BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA), Ansible, and TrueSight Orchestration (TSO).

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, expertise in PowerShell and Shell scripting, and a deep understanding of infrastructure management.

This role involves leading automation initiatives, designing scalable workflows, and optimizing infrastructure performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation Development :

- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using TSSA, TSO, and Ansible to enhance infrastructure efficiency.

- Develop and optimize automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting for task automation and system integration.

- Build reusable and maintainable playbooks and orchestration templates.

Infrastructure Management :

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design automation strategies for server provisioning, patching, configuration management, and compliance.

- Ensure automation solutions align with security policies and compliance standards.

- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, leveraging automation for continuous improvement.

Orchestration Expertise :

- Utilize TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) to design and implement end-to-end workflows that integrate with existing IT systems.

- Automate incident and change management processes by integrating orchestration with ITSM tools.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective automation solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders of varying technical expertise.

- Provide training, documentation, and support to promote the adoption of automation solutions.

Solution Architecture :

- Define and document automation architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

- Establish best practices and governance for automation and orchestration workflows.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
