Varicent Developer - ICM Solutions (6-8 yrs)

Job Title : Varicent Implementation ICM Developer.

Location : Hybrid (2 days onsite).

Work Timing : USI Clients (Until 10 : 30 PM).

Experience : 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, 12 years total experience.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Varicent Implementation ICM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and developing solutions using Varicent, along with a strong background in ELT and Sales Planning.

This role requires working with USI clients, with work timings extending until 10 : 30 PM, and follows a hybrid work mode (2 days onsite).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Varicent ICM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Configure and customize Varicent Compensation Management models.

- Manage data integration and transformation processes using ELT techniques.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze compensation and incentive requirements.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Varicent.

- Optimize existing Varicent implementations to improve performance and usability.

- Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Varicent applications.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.

Mandatory Skills :

- Varicent Implementation ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) development experience.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes.

- Knowledge of Sales Planning methodologies and tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Varicent Implementation and Development.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, compensation structures, and incentive plans.

- Experience in working with large datasets and complex compensation models.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
